Organization These Personal Training Mistakes
The main reason I ask this question for you is it can become an easy task to become complacent in almost any job or business, whether that be personal training or working in a business office. I believe it is very important to remain sharp on the training and service side constantly. Below are a few good questions which i ask myself regularly and i also want to pass these on, starting using the training:
personal training certification
· How much time weekly do I put aside for session planning?
· How much time will i spend updating my exercise library?
· How often should i review my clients individual goals
· How frequently will i change my clients programs?
Below are a few good things to ask about the service side of things
· How frequently should i praise my clients?
· Now when was the past time I went the extra mile for my clients?
· How often am I late for sessions?
· Should i generally look presentable during my sessions?
In all honesty the list might go on however the point I'm looking to get across is the fact that regardless of how long you been a personal trainer for, regardless if you are employed or self-employed, becoming complacent will be the worse mistake you can made. In my opinion, our main role as trainers will be master motivators and clients turn to us for inspiration.
Sometimes people want shouting at but many of the time we default to the approach. We have to facilitate the whole process of gaining results rather than try to force it. People deserve better than that.
When we become complacent, the service and training can stop being personal after which become yet another daily chore, my advice will be, whether independantly employed or employed, should you ever feel farmville is a job, it could be time and energy to look at a change of profession! That's quite a strong point however you love being a fitness trainer and you feel down sometimes, I remember when i read how the best remedy for sadness would be to learn something! It might be worth sharpening your abilities and becoming back out there and dazzling customers!
